The SANASA Federation conducted a General Managers Meeting on 8th January 2026, bringing together General Managers representing SANASA District/Regional unions from across Sri Lanka.

The meeting focused on aligning operational strategies for the year 2026, enhancing service delivery, improving financial sustainability, and adopting digital solutions to better serve cooperative members. Participants shared experiences, best practices, and discussed common challenges faced at society level.
